SCRUTINEERING |
| 10. At all Points meetings the host Club to supply the Chief Scrutineer. Assistant Scrutineer's to be supplied by any other W.M.L. Club |
| 11. A fee of £100.00 to be paid by any person who wants a car engine stripped. This is refundable if found illegal or if found to be legal the £100.00 is to go to the person whose engine was under question in the first place |
| 12. League Scrutineers are authorised to inspect cars as and when necessary. The driver of the car must be in attendance. |

MARSHALLING |
| 13. At all Points meetings the host Club is to supply the Chief Marshal. Assistant Chief marshal to be supplied by any other W.M.L. Club |
| 14. Start line Marshals must go between the cars and not run in front of them. |
| 15. The Chief Marshal and Assistant Chief Marshal are not permitted to officiate during races involving family members |
